A 4-Day Intensive Course. Authentic Japanese Ceramics Master Course in Shimonoseki, Chofu: Learn directly from Master potter Steve. Authentic techniques can only be learned from true artisans. A special 4-day course in a historic studio in Shimonoseki's Chofu district, where you will be directly taught traditional Japanese ceramic techniques and the essence of Hagi Yaki, one of the most revered styles of pottery in Japan.The intensive curriculum, from Monday morning to Thursday evening, will elevate your ceramic knowledge to the next level. Includes lunch at the on-site cafe and dinners at the adjacent traditional Japanese restaurant. Its 4 days, allowing you time to explore hidden kilns and scenic spots known only to local artisans.(recommended local accommodations info will also be provided).
