Refund policy

We cannot issue refunds. If you require breakage insurance you need to ask your own insurance provider as we are not liable for postage breakages. Although this has never happened to date due to our successful packing methods.

Regarding pottery experiences and courses we can rebook for another date but if you cannot attend but we do not offer refunds.Please take out a comprehensive travel insurance that will refund you should you be too ill to attend. A fee of 15% is charged to relocate a purchased course to a later course when and if available.
