You will learn from a professional master Potter techniques that will allow you to build innovative and beautiful pottery.
You also start learning about the history of international pottery including Japanese styles. You learn to draw properly and this lets you start conceptualising and designing your own style.
Sensei Steve speaks in English and some Japanese but has a Japanese assistant so if you want learn some English a work sheet will be sent to you.
You learn different pottery hand building techniques. How to make pottery in different international styles.
Italian, French , English and even some Spanish styles.
Japanese styles will also be taught with the actual clay used in that region.
Homework will be given if you wish to do it.
Once a month some art work will be published on the students work blog to inspire you .
If you want to start then you need to buy the Pottery toolkit in the shop section of this site.
You need to buy some Pottery lessons and in the online shop you will see various options.
Once you purchase the lesson you will be emailed a code and a date to log into the next online lessons.
This is usually two weeks from purchase.
The lessons are on Tuesday mornings and Saturday evenings, see the shop for the time that best suits you.
